No-Bake Oreo Truffles

Thursday, April 23, 2015
I am such a big, big fan of oreos. I usually only reject them if I have to go out and socialise because black teeth, thats why. Yeah, so I went to Honwee's house and make oreo truffles with his sister. There weren't any white candy melts left so we settled for the brown ones. And.... this is our end result:

I can't help it, it looks like the grossest thing on Earth, coupled with H's photography skills (haha keeds, I love you). Well, you know, if you're a pro (and have better photography skills) you might just end up having this:

The truffles are really easy to make tho, I will attached the recipe or the direct link to the recipe page at the end of this entry – scroll to skip the nitty-gritty stuff.

1) We never knew how much was enough, we just kept blending LOL.

My angel guiding me because I noob beyond hope.

I wished I can rewind time back to this very moment and stop H from adding too much cream cheese. I will never forget Minhui's horrified face when we told her that we added everything (the cream cheese) into the oreo sand.

The yuckiest part of making the truffles because you hand will eventually turn red from all the mixing, and everything just sticks on your hand! I'll never survive NDU's 'wet and sandy'.

Anyhow it is almost impossible to go wrong with oreos so everybody told me that the truffles taste great? Not sure if they are all patronising me. Their reaction to its appearance tho........ hahahaha. Moral of story, don't judge a food but its cover.

Hereeeeee is the recipe, so amature-ish but ok la can pass. Original (and more detailed) recipe can be found here

Thank you for taking your time to read this! Be kind to yourself. c.t.
